MY STORY

I help people find and land jobs that are a good fit for them.
With the skills and experiences I have gained hiring for companies large and small, I have an informed perspective on what goes into an effective resume, interview, and job search strategy.

Ten years ago I made my first hires as the founder of a college startup. Several years later I ventured into the world of recruiting so I could learn how to hire more effectively. Since then, companies have hired me to hire well on their behalf or to help them build systems and processes to hire more effectively as an enterprise. With Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) I hired C-Level Executives for some of the most prominent companies in the world. With Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX) I hired the global CTO, then rationalized and implemented a comprehensive hiring process to prepare for an IPO, and supported them through to a successful IPO. Later on, I served as General Manager of a division of a headhunting firm where I trained, developed, and provided leadership to a team of 18 technical recruiters who hired for companies like Bloomberg, Amazon, Hulu, and ByteDance.

If we are the right fit to work together, we will start with documenting the story of your career. This will involve one on one intake sessions where we talk through each of your roles, your lived experience in each role, and what you learned during that time.

SEARCH STRATEGY

Once we have built your resume and LinkedIn Profile, we will work together to establish a realistic and actionable search strategy. The goal is to teach you how to efficiently find appropriate job opportunities, how to read between the lines on a position description, and how to identify and network with the people who can make an impact on your search.

INTERVIEW COACHING AND PREPARATION

Once we have built your story and established an actionable search strategy, you will need to be able to stand up and deliver when the time comes. Together we will work through mock interviews to refine your approach, give you the opportunity to practice in a safe environment, and get you mentally and emotionally prepared to deliver your best interview.
